Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at the Unicorn Zebra Brewing Company. We want you to have a positive experience, so when in doubt, reach out! Please take a moment to review our returns policy below:

Return Eligibility:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. 
Certain items, such as personalized products and items noted as non-returnable on the product page, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.


Return Process:

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@unicornzebrabrewing.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return authorization process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with the return shipping address. Kindly ensure the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Packaging: Safely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all accessories and original documentation. When returning apparel, please ensure items are tried on over clean clothing and on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage.

Shipping: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, you can apply to receive a voucher valued at up to $10 to cover the cost of shipping with proof of cost. This can be used towards your next purchase. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will send you an email confirming the approval or denial of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return following the outlined process and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
