Terms and Conditions for Staying at Our Hybrid Boutique Hotel in Downtown Tucson, Arizona


Please note: this is a hybrid boutique hotel which means you will receive check in instructions and you will be able to access you room any time from the check-in time communicated. There is no front desk. You can connect with your hosts telephonically, via text or via email at any time. Room turn down service is offered if you hang the appropriate tag on the door, otherwise we do not disturb guests. You have access to coffee, towels and additional supplies in the building and you are free to replenish at your leisure.


  1. Reservation Confirmation: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Standard reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours before arrival without penalty, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Please see our cancellation policy for more details. 

4. Payment:

  • Full payment is required upon check-in.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cash, with a card on file for incidentals.

5. Occupancy:

  • Maximum occupancy per room is three guests.
  • Additional beds and cribs are available upon request.

6. Smoking Policy:

Our hotel is a STRICT non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and common areas. The building is equipped with advanced smoke detectors and smoking will trigger a fire alarm, the consequences of which are significant for our operation.

A fee of $500 will be charged for violations

7. et Policy:

  • Pets are allowed in lower floor units and a pet fee may apply. 
  • Service animals are permitted in all rooms.

8. Damage and Theft:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or theft caused during their stay.
  • Charges for damages or missing items will be applied to the credit card on file.
  • Excessively soiled rooms will also incur a deep cleaning fee of $100 or more

9. Events:

  • We have several areas in our bar and basement that can cater to events
  • No events may be hosted in rooms 
  • Please inquire about our event spaces if you wish to host an event during your stay
  • Our space is equipped with speakers and sound equipment but events hosted (including DJs and live acts) must keep to a reasonable noise level to be considerate of our guests. The hotel is well insulated and can accommodate acts

10. Parking:

  • Parking is available at la Placita Garage directly across from the Hotel as well as on the street. 
  • La Placita Garage costs $10 per night and is prorated for shorter stays. Street parking is metered and free at times. Be sure to check the meter for payment requirements by the city. 
  • The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles parked.

11. Internet Access:

  • Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

12. Liability:

  • The hotel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.

13. Privacy Policy:

  • Guest information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

14. Housekeeping:

  • Daily housekeeping is available upon request. 
  • Additional housekeeping services are available upon request. Fees may apply.

15. Special Requests:

  • Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
